Help me battle with schizophrenia

Hi everyone, my name is Saad and I'm from Morocco, my life was all good until last 3 years when I had my first psychotic break, my physical and mental health have decreased exponentially which caused me social withdrawn and isolation, I'm a 3rd year college student majoring in Business and Management in one of the top schools of the country, I'm dependent financially to my mother who makes just less than 500 dollars a month, she fought so hard for me and used to send me half of her salary to keep attending classes which is in another city far away from home, I'm in medications use since I was diagnosed and due to my family poor income my mom is in debt of 500$ because of medication bills. I was prescribed at first Lysanxia(parazepam 5.4$) ( and deroxat(paroxetine 2.4$) for a year and then was prescribed no-dep(paroxetine 5$) and médizapin(olanziapine 60$) for the last 2 years. My mom is also suffering from mental ilness(bipolar disorder) which makes it very hard for her to cover her medications bills and mine. Unfortunately despite the use of medications my condition hasn't got far better than before and I honestly feel sometimes that medications made me feel worse(which is why I wanna try in the next few weels counselling a psychologist rather than psychiatrist). I am asking you to help me cover up and pay my medication bills with so much thanks in advance.
