Help me and my mother to buy a house

first of all sorry if my english bad because its my 3d language after arabic and hebrew Hey im 26 y.o my dad left us when I was 10 y.o and get married with other women my mom growth us me and my brother(smaller than me @ age 23)  We lived all those years on rent house my brother and I left school to help my  mom the owner of the house want to sell it now  we already makes 150k $  and we want to rech to 250k$ to  buy it from him i hope you guys help us to do it  السلام عليكم عمري26 والدي تركنا عندما كان عمري 10 اعوام وتزوج من امراه ثانيه امي قامت بتربيتنا وحدها جزاها الله كل خير انا واخي الصغير عمره 23سنه  عشنا كل هاذه السنين ببيت بالايجار تركنا المدرسه بسن مبكر انا واخي حتى نساعد امي بمصاريف الحياه والبيت صاحب البيت خبرنا انه رح يبيع البيت وطالب فيه250الف دولار انا واخي قدرنا نجمع 150  الف دولار اخذنا قروض من البنك ومو قادرين نوفي كامل المبلغ باقي 100 الف دولار حتى نوفر يا ريت تساعدونا يا اخوان وجزاكم الله كل خير
