Salam alaikoum. I am from Gaza. I have a large family and I have a handicapped child. He had an electric shock in his head, he has an atrophy in his brain. I have two daughters and I have a divorce daughter. she has a child. I am sick with difficulty breathing and none of my children work. We do not have income to spend on treating my sick son.
