Help me and my babies have a better life

hello I am a single mother to two babies, I am in a financial situation where I don't have any money at all and I'm in debt of £13500. I don't have money to buy milk/food for my babies, have to scrape everything I can for food. I'm currently breastfeeding my youngest so that will be ok till he's abit older but because I have been eating and drinking or sleeping properly I can tell there not enough milk for him. I am so worried about my babies. I'm in depression. Please help me raise money to pay off my debt and start over again.
