Help me afford URGENT Surgery for my Dog

I really need help to raise enough money to afford this surgery because it's urgent.

My doggo has milk duct tumors all over her tummy and while most of them are small and dormant, she has one that's been growing rapidly and now the skin has broken and it developed into a wound and the vet said it won't close anymore and we must surgically remove both sides of her nipples along with the milk ducts and the tumors.

The vet estimated ONE SIDE to cost around 250-300€ plus meds, extra vet visits for check-ups, stitches, painkillers etc. I want to at least operate on one side and get rid of the biggest tumor for now because she's in pain and I'm worried it will get infected or worse.

ATM I currently have 201€ euros raised and available to spend.

Total we need at least 300€ for one surgery and 300€ for the other so = 600€.

My doggo is named Bee and she is a 12-year-old min pin mix who despite her age, loves to run around, be active, nap and cuddle with me or go on walks. She loves to eat and is very food-driven and loves to search for snacks I hide for her in her toys, snuffle mats, etc.

I myself had surgery on March 29th and my wound is still healing so I have limited mobility and can't work for at least a month more so I'm really in a tough spot because I want the best for my doggo but her last surgery to remove a pyometra cost around 750€ and I used up literally ALL my savings I had because I was already unemployed.
