Hi, my name is Marcella. Thank you in advance for hearing me out. Cooking is my passion.Another form of passion we share would be our love for food. One of them being Ngiu Cap, our own unique beef noodles. Springy rice vermicelli in beef broth with beef strips, tripe and meat balls. A dish best enjoyed on cold rainy night or after a long day out with friends. It'll be sure to leave a smile on your face. I'd love to share this exquisite dish to the world and would love your support in helping this dish achieve its well deserved spot as Sabah's ultimate comfort food.
