Greetings to all…

My Name is Dwayne. I urge you to please take a minute or two to read this.

They say it all starts with a dream, a goal that one wants to pursue for your life. Let me tell you a story of a kid who learned to dream while the world was against him. This is my story, I really hope this inspires people to dream, or help somebody with their dream.

As you all know life is not easy there is always something trying to knock one down, well for me there was. It all started at birth being adopted and not even having the opportunity to grow up with your real parents. I did not event get a chance to grow up with my adopted parents either, what are the odds of that happening. My adopted dad passed away when I was 3 years old and then my adopted mom not shortly after when I was 6 going onto 7. Already the world was against me in a way but fortunately, I was adopted again into another family.

As I grew older, I started dreaming and believing that I could become anything I wanted to and that anything is possible, if you strive to achieve it. When I was 14 a friend entered my life and together, we did everything. I was literally every weekend at that family house doing things with them. I discovered surfing which grew my love for the ocean and any ocean craft. I was always fascinated by boats, pirates of the Caribbean made me want to be a sailor and travel the 7 seas. Why am I telling you this? Well, this is still my dream today and unfortunately without finances, I cannot achieve my dream. Currently I am assisting with building boats, so that I can have a clearer understanding of all the work that goes into this. I am actively working at achieving my dream, but I need assistance.

Therefore, I am reaching out to all of you… Any small or big donation will go a long way to helping me get the qualifications required to enter the industry aboard and work and pursue a career on boats.If you can donate, please do, and share this far and wide for if we can reach the right amount of people, just maybe my dream can come true.
