Help me

I was some years ago diagnosed for Parkinson. When I started the medication I got a terrible side effect from a medicine namned Sifrol (Pramipexol). I was strucked by many side effects but the worst was impulse control disorder. I started to gamble on casinos and after 1 year I had lost 2 millions and had gigantic loans. I was a person who have pathological gambling caused by the medicine Sifrol. It´s a well known side effect but nobody want to take responsibility to what happened to me. All my Life crashed. I lost my work and family and was completely bankrupt. Now after 3 years it feels a little better but I still have big loans and this makes my life very difficult. Thats why I am writing this and ask for help to get rid of my loans.
