Help me

I don't know where to start to tell the story.. I need your help. Since 2012 after the financial crisis affected Greece, I was unable to pay for my insurance contributions. I was jobless, I had a newborn baby, and I had no help from my relatives. I was not even allowed by the law to unsubscribe from the governmental insurance service, even thought I had no job and no income to contribute. So the debt came bigger and bigger.. Today six years later, I got a letter, about paying my debts, or face the law, and the only thing I can do is an arrangement for 12 monthly installments of about 1800€ each. They don’t even allow me to use the "100 installments program" because I don’t match the criteria. I am desperate, and I am asking for your help. Thank you for reading my story.
