Help Max The Rescued Pup

Max is a stray pup who found his way to our area of residence. I have no idea where he came from but he really caught my attention due to his emaciated state and severe case of skin disease. The vet estimated him to be around 4 months old. I've been trying to keep him alive and feeding him for a couple of days but due to overexposure to sun and rain without nourishment for a long time, he was close to dying. So I decided to take him in. He had high fever and vomited the food i gave him and that's when I took him to the vet. He's been at the vet for over a week already and I'm being positive he'll get through it. But as much as I want to help and get him back to his feet, the bill is piling up. This pup has definitely took my heart and his look of desperation to live is what keeps me going. I hope he gets the second chance at life with your help. Thank you.
