Help Maureen and Sofia to get there dream land

Hello my friends, my name is Maureen Landergren, I´m a handcrafter and I live in Montezuma Costa Rica with my precious daughter Sofia. For me is very difficult to do this, I´ve tried several times to buy the piece of land by myself, but I just don´t have enough money, that´s why it´s time for me to ask for a little help from all of you.

I was born and raised in San Jose, moved to Montezuma near 14 years ago,11 of them I rented a house near town. one month ago the landlord told me that they needed the house for a new project she had, so I've been looking for a new home to rent since 2 months ago with no success at all. the prices on house rentals are just out of control, it's just too much money to pay for rent(for example $600 a month for just a studio´), a basic legal salary in Costa Rica is $670 approximately.I simply can not afford that,

I work in Montezuma town and Sofia goes to school nearby so I would truly like to stay in the area, plus is a very beautiful and secure place to raise a child, but the prices to rent a house are just not double for a Costarican single mom. That´s why I feel it´s time for me to get our little piece of land.

So I applied for a ¨bono de Vivienda¨ in Spanish, this is a project that the government has to provide a new home to the most vulnerable population in Costa Rica, I do qualify due I´m a single mom and they consider my household as a ¨extreme poverty household¨ so they are going to hive us a small but brand new home!!!!!!!!

so i have that(the first big blessing) there are some requirements for that to happen, like the most important witch is that a need to have a piece of land for them to build me the house in,.so that's the part I need help with.

this is a dream that I´ve had for so so many years already, I´ve given so much effort, time, and love to this community that I truly believe that my family deserves it! ,.I know these times are very difficult but a also know that with just a little of you guys I can make my dream come true.

The lands that I´m looking at are between $14.000 up to $16.000 for 500 mts2, it´s small but truly enough for us, if I don´t get enough I can give a downpayment and continue paying monthly fees, the government takes about a complete year to have the house ready, so on the meantime, I´ll like to construct a very simple, small house so we can live on while the government gives us the new home.

So that's my idea, I really hope I don´t offend you guys, I just need a little help that's all and I want to thank you dearly in advance for all of your support.
