Tragically Matthew Spies' father passed away unexpectedly on October 19, 2020. As we all know travel is incredibly difficult and very pricey right now and Matt has to make it home to South Africa and back to Thailand with an expensive state mandated quarantine in the middle of it all.
We're setting up this campaign to help Matt get home and back and to show him some love in this incredibly challenging time. It's impossible to know how difficult this time is for Matt and his family but I know we'd all appreciate a helping hand if we were in the same position. Though Matt is capable of paying these hefty costs, the burden of losing a loved one is immense, and anything we can spare to help would go a long way to making things a little easier for him. I have set the fundraising goal at the site's minimum, so please just give if you feel moved to contribute.
