Help Mary Jane’s Fight Against Kidney Failure

It was 3 days before New Year’s Day in 2012 when my sister, Mary Jane San Miguel felt so much pain in her upper back.

She was then brought to the nearest hospital and there the family was made aware of what is really happening to her:

Kidney Failure.

The news is surprising as we are caught off-guard being detected in an advanced state where urgent treatment is a priority.

It was so deafening that it beats the sound of the fireworks that are are exploding outside for the new year celebration.

We know that we will be welcoming the new year with sadness and fear.

Since then, Jing, as her friends and family call her, has undergone treatment at different hospitals and had taken various medications to improve her condition.

The happy and energetic Jing that we know changed into a sad, frustrated and depressed person.

For 10 years, her condition did not improve despite all the treatments that she has undergone.

Worst, our funds and savings are now depleted.
