Help Marry Me – Now or Never

Hi everyone,

My story is like non other but for simplicity's sake; I met the most incredible being on this planet and to my own disbelief I actually have a pretty good shot at being her life partner.

Me:

I am an obnoxiously animated (in a good way) 27 year old expat living in Oman whom due to circumstances graduated late from college and struggled to find a job in the current economic climate, and when I finally did -being an expat- the pay wasn't great, nor is the job if I'm being honest, but the one thing I got from this set of circumstances was meeting & getting to know her.

Her:

She is beyond words can do justice and I'm neither equipped or capable of doing such but I'll try to get it across. It takes a special kind of person to become the person she is, she is funny, smart, caring and all the qualities that you’d seek in a relationship, and most importantly she’s my best friend.

Us:

Our story is complex to say the least, we come from different countries, different upbringings but I guess through all the differences we managed to find ourselves. I am a better person because of her, and now that I know that I want to keep her FOREVER (too much?)

Now here comes the sad part, I only have until November to make this happen as her family will wed her to a distant relative as they can’t delay it any longer if she’s not married (customary in this region)

You:

Asking for help doesn't quite top anyone’s list really, but life has a strange way of throwing curveballs your way and making you move in directions you never considered, I’ve talked to my friends about this and someone advised me on taking up a page on a fundraising website, and while I did make this page I’ve not had the courage to share that with anyone I know or even write my name on this and as such I can’t really share more than I have…..
