Hey everyone! My name is Mariana and I'm here asking for your help to pay my tuition fee, so I can keep up with my studies! For those who are wondering, let me explain the situation a bit better:

Last year I moved to the Netherlands to do my Masters of Arts, Culture and Tourism at Radboud University, and thanks to the Nuffic Orange Tulip Scholarship, the tuition fee was waived from approximately €10.000 (for non-European students) to €1.200 for the study year of 2020. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many delays and personal issues happened, and I couldn't finish the programme so far.

Having contacted the student advisor and other faculty members, I was allowed to extend my one-year programme, and ask the University for financial support so I wouldn't have to pay the full non-EU tuition fee, since the Orange Tulip Scholarship couldn't be extended for another year. However, the University's financial support is only retroactive, meaning I'd have to pay the full tuition first, and get a reimbursement after its approval. I managed to settle the payment in installments, and for now I need to pay for the months of September and October, and hope for the financial support to be approved ASAP.

For now, I'm asking for this amount and I can also commit to pay back those who contributed here, once I get refunded. If I fail to pay the tuition, my student visa will be revoked and I won't be able to conclude my lifetime dream. I thank you all for every help and support!
