Help Manuela seeing the world with new eyes! Surgery for -17 degrees myopia

Hi, my name is Manuela, I'm 28 years old,and I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
I was diagnosed with high degree myopia by the age of 13. Right now, year 2016, I wear -17 diopters myopia lenses in both eyes. I got my first pair of glasses at the age of 7 with a -3 degrees myopia in both eyes. As a kid, at school, was not so enjoyable. Because of my thick glasses, I was bullied a lot until I was old enough to use contact lenses, wich was by the age of 15. Friends were helpful, but also cruel at times. It caused me psychological traumas and a lot of insecurities that is still have to deal with today.

My biggest dream is one day is to wake up and be able to see everthing perfectly. Right now, is just extremely blurry images , and I have to tap things after my glasses or lenses when I wake up (it even sounds funny to some of my friends when I say that, but it is actually really sad).

The reason why I'm asking for your help, is because here in Brazil, we have no technology for this type of surgery (Visian ICL), and the USA is where I may have a chance to get an appointment with a great eye doctor and hopefully have the surgery. The costs are for paying the doctor appointments, the surgery , medical expenses, transportation and a place to stay during the time needed.
