Help Manuel become a computer vision expert!

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to enter into my page. My name is Manuel Castaños. I am 25 year old, I am a System Engineer and I live in Venezuela. I started this fundraising because my dream is to become an Expert in artificial Intelligence. I have taken many free courses in Coursera, Edx and Udacity related to this topic. But I want to make a bigger step into my education and enter into PyImageSearch Guru, which is a course and a community dedicated to Computer Vision and Deep Learning.

My only problem is that $995 is a huge amount of money for me in Venezuela. It would take me about 2 years to save that amount of money without taking into consideration the inflation and the bad economical and political situation in which my country is right now which, sadly, make my priorities change from education to more basic needs... I really don´t want to focus on the bad situation of my country in this webpage. I just want to be able to keep studying what I love with the hope that some day I will be able to help my community with this knowledge.

I have some ideas for Apps that I would like to create to help with the issues the people in my country faces. One of those ideas comes from a recurrent problem in my city (Caracas). In Caracas everyday people get robbed in the streets and they usually loose their cellphones. I would like to make an App that uses computer vision to detect whether or not some one that is not familiar (the robber) is using your phone and then the cellphone blocks itself or sends an alarm with the current location of the cellphone or some sort of defensive mechanism. But first I need to get the knowledge.
