Help make a child smile this Christmas

Celebrating Christmas is a struggle for many families: for our families it is often an impossibility. A gift, given out of genuine care and kindness does not just bring joy to that one child but also brings a smile that means so much.

Christmas is almost upon us again and we spare a thought for those many thousands of little children in our community who will be lucky to have any kind of meal on Christmas Day, let alone a small gift. At a time in the year where everyone is appealing for something or another, please take a moment to consider these little children, who really will not have anything if we don’t come together, in love, and work towards helping provide a blessed Christmas for these children. They also want to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Let us do what we can NOT to deprive them. Your support towards making this yearly event a success would be greatly appreciated. We CAN make a difference. 

I'm raising money to send as many shoeboxes as I can, each box will be filled with not only a special toy for Christmas, but school supplies and everyday essentials. Shoeboxes also include a personalized note and a pamplet in their language to teach a child about the love of God.
