Help Luna get better!

Luna is 3 years old, today I found out her left leg has a torn ligament and she is in need a surgery - the surgery is called TPLO. I’ve just found out Luna’s insurance will not cover her leg as she has had surgery on her right leg with luxating patella and it considered as bilateral. Luna is the most friendliest dog you’ll ever meet she’s so loving and gentle. She is my best friend and I don’t know what I’ll do without her I’ve had her since she was 10 weeks old. At the moment she is in discomfort and she is in painkillers the vet has told me she will need the surgery and January would be the latest to do it as the discomfort will grow worse and she will need to be on painkillers until her surgery. Please help me help Luna go back to the happy energetic jack Russell she was. All of the contribution will go towards her surgery, xrays and medication please help us.
