Help Lucy to get her operations❤️

My dog Lucy was diagnosed with cancer about a 3 weeks ago. Doctor said that cancer is in early stage but operation is urgent so it doesn’t spread further away. I just got moved away from my parents and my financial situation is not good. I am trying to get money wherever I can but nobody else wants to step up to help my dogs bills so I even found second job. She is my first dog, my best friend, my baby and i am not ready to lose her. Please help if you can, I will be forever grateful . She needs to get operation and medicaments I can’t pay alone. I would be grateful for advice how to cheer her up and whats the best routine for her now?
