Hello! Thank you for checking out our fund page!
Please help our Lolo Senong come home happy and well. Lolo needed an operation for his intestines late last year because it swelled and burst. Since he needed to allow his body to recover from all the stress, he'd been living healthily for the last few months with an open surgical wound that was properly maintained to help him with his biological functions. However, a complication in his surgical wound called "adhesions" occurred just last month and caused his intestines to stick together. This prevented food from properly passing through his body, so he would throw up and he wouldn't be able to produce waste. This resulted in toxins building up in his body and he rapidly became bedridden with very high fever.
We rushed him to the hospital and doctors have given him their best solutions and care in La Consolacion University Hospital in Bulacan, Philippines, but the antibiotics aren't working as fast as we were hoping.
But Lolo Senong is fighting hard and he always shows his strongest side. He exerises every day by walking at least 10 steps every few hours. He insists on taking care of himself when he uses the toilet, and he holds his IV along with him.
Lolo Senong celebrated his 81st birthday just this January 25. He lived his whole life as a humble farmer and fisherman and cannot pay his medical bills and maintenance on his own. Any contribution you make will make will be really appreciated--whether your share this fund, donate, pray, post with our hashtag #HelpLoloSenong.
Absolutely 100% of funds raised will go to Lolo Senong's hospital and medical bills, and you can keep checking back for updates on his health.
Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts! Bless you!
