Thank you to each and everyone of you that assisted with raising funds for Liveni’s education in 2018.
Melissa Hillen, Linda Crook, Nikolai Vosloo, Tarryn van Wyk, Werner Rabie, Andre Cillie, Gavin Miller, Noam and Chantelle Sayag, Claudia Silver, Andy Leanne Shearman, Lara Pike and the other anonymous donors - I wonder if you knew what an incredible difference you are making in Liveni’s life? Thank you.
For those who don't know Liveni - Liveni is 5 years old and lives in the townships in IY, with his mother, Xoliswa, who is also my domestic worker. Both Liveni and Xoliswa have become a very real part of my one man family, along with all my pets, of course.
My dream is to assist Liveni with a good education, and to be able to go on to achieve great things in life, escape the expected outcome of his future and break away from the shackles of township life.
I can't do this alone though, and I need your help.
We have managed to raise just R4934 on our gogetfunding campaign. We did not utilise those funds in 2018 as I managed to cover much of his fees myself and also had some offline donations.
Liveni has been accepted into Ambleside School. The deposit is R5,000, so I'm really glad we have managed to save the money donated this far. We are withdrawing donations to date (less the gogetfunding commission) and will be using that towards his deposit.
His school fees in 2019 will be R2500 per month. We also need to raise R950 towards his annual non-tuition costs, and we have shortfall of R663 towards his deposit. Therefore our immediate need is to raise R4114 by 7th of January. I hoping I can persuade you to dig a little into your bonuses this year! :)
Someone has volunteered to cover his February school fees, so once the R4114 has been secured will start raising funds for March school fees.
In a dream world, I would LOVE to see 10 teams of people coming forward and offering to cover a month of school fees per year. Should you be blessed enough to do this, you can contact me on +27 83 627 7777.
However, in the meantime, any amounts of money will do - if enough people donate R20, we'll be on our way to securing a decent future for Liveni.
I thank you again for the support so far.
Kind Regards, Andrew Prince
