Little Karabo is only 6 months old, she needs help to meet her medical condition..she was born without an Anus and thus she needs to be operated and taken care of after the operation as her mother is a single mother.

Currently she cant be operated that what the doctors say, as she has some sores around her vigina which is using to excrete and urinate at the moment ..please help me to lend a helping hand to the young disadvantage mother ...let bring hope to the future..
