Help Lisa have the surgery

Hello everyone... My name is Maria and I am currently unemployed... All I have in this world is my dog named Lisa... Recently, she had an accident. I will try to explain it as good as I can because my english are not the best. We were on our daily walk, when an insect stung her. As a result she got arthritis- I am not sure if I am spelling it right. Our vet is the best and she tried everything but nothing worked. She told me Lisa must have a surgery in order to get better. The cost of the surgery is about 5000 euros. Friends and family helped me raise some of the money. Now I need the rest 600 euros for her to get the surgery. I know it seemw weird, but I am unemployed and I don't have any money, everything I have I have already saved them to the surgery account.. Please help me... I cant see her suffer anymore and I cant lose her. The surgery will take place on 26 of August so I dont have much time to raise the money..
