Support for the Poor & Sick People in Chaos-torn Lebanon

Lebanon has been plagued by unrest since the Civil War years and today, the political situation is going from worse to worst. Many people are losing their jobs, some who still have their jobs are being taken advantaged of by cutting their salaries into half or even more. Several parents have committed suicide out of depression, frustration and desperation. Afraid of not being able to support their families; not being able to put food on the table and send their kids to school and buy them their basic needs.

It is heartbreaking, heart-wrenching, to see so many of the Lebanese people living a very difficult life and getting no real sympathy and real support from the leaders. Even basic infrastructures and basic services are not being given properly by the government, and it pains me to say that. I have great respect for the leaders of nations, but if they are abusing and not taking care of their people, I cannot just sit and watch and accept. I feel a moral obligation to at least try and do something.

I am giving the donations to two trustworthy charitable organizations here in Lebanon. One is Food Blessed (www.foodblessed.org), they feed the hungry all over Lebanon by cooking meals and packing dried and canned goods for needy families. As to the other organization, I am still making sure which one to pick as I want your precious donations to go to the proper hands

I appeal to your kind hearts, please help the needy and soaked spirit of the Lebanese people. If the government can’t help, I know that we have the whole world to back us up. We are one world. One people. I have my faith in the goodness of the human race. God bless us all
