Campaign Story
Hi everyone! I started this donation campaign for my Tita Lhevy Dizon (Librada D. Dizon) to help her fund her ongoing and future cancer treatments (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, brachytherapy, MRI & CT Scans, and other necessary laboratory tests) as she battles to survive against Cervical Cancer Stage 3B.
As she continues to fight this disease for more than a year now, our family is now on its limits in terms of finances. With this, I am humbly knocking on your generous and kind hearts to please help us raise funds for her ongoing and future cancer treatments. Any amount will serve as a big help to my Tita Lhevy and will be greatly appreciated.

A prayer and a share would also be a big help to us! Again, thank you, and God bless!
She was diagnosed with Stage 2B last year in August, after experiencing months of unusual bleeding. Since then, she has endured countless back-and-forth trips and hospital stays until the end of the first quarter of 2021, as she needed series of blood transfusions to help her regain strength before she can undergo the necessary cancer treatments. By March 19, 2021, she was able to begin with her regular radiation sessions (30 days) as well as chemotherapy sessions (2 high dose and 6 low dose) at PGH.
However, a lump on her right shoulder was discovered after her most recent chemotherapy last July. This lump grew bigger in such a short period of time. This was followed with a series of lab tests and ct simulations. It was then diagnosed that her cancer had progressed to Cervical Adenocarcinoma, Stage 3B, with Persistent Progressive Disease in the Right Supraclavicular Region. We weren't able to do anything for few weeks after that but to wait for further instructions from the hospital. By October 4, she was able to resume her radiation therapy to treat the tumor on her shoulder. It wasn't the only tumor that developed in the short time of not receiving treatments; lumps in her back and legs were also spotted.
Unfortunately, according to her most latest MRI and CT-Scan results (October 20, 2021), her cancer has also developed a mass in her brain, which explains the recent paralysis of the left side of her body.
Right now, she continues to receive her daily radiation treatment while the doctors at PGH plan on how they can prevent the growth of the other tumors. Her doctors are closely monitoring her condition and are doing everything they can to help her survive this cruel disease.
