Help Lesego pay outstanding varsity fees

Mr Lesego Douglas Diphoko is a graduate from Tshwane University of Technology. I completed my National Diploma in Correctional and rehabilitation Management in 2017 and graduated in 2018, due to oustanding fees of R34000 my Diploma was not issued as the policy of TUT requires one to fully pay their debts before being issued. I have been trying to get employment with no luck as they require a certified copy that i do not have, also tried to get temporary employment using my matric no luck also.
