Help Lance Combat CKD5

A Blessed Day to everyone!

I am Lance Rainier B. Reyes, 23 years old, currently suffering from hypertension and chronic kidney disease stage 5 that causes my creatinine count up to 1,300 which is too far from the normal range of 58-110. Due to this, my kidneys are no longer functioning and need to undergo kidney transplant.

I am undergoing hemodialysis at Westlake Medical Center. The transplant will approximately cost us 1.2 million pesos. I am humbly asking for your kind heart to help us raise funds for my transplant and other medical expenses such as hemodialysis, meds, and labs.

I still have lots of dreams and I believe this is just a trial I must overcome with the help of God. Help me combat this incurable disease and kindly pray for me as well.
