Help Lainie save her home and business!

I own a humble little house where I run my 6+year established salon.  I am in the middle of a divorce.  My ex has lived next door to me amicably and peacefully for 3 years, and we had decided in November that we would have a collaborative divorce- which means we would share an impartial attorney to fairly split our assets.  He would keep the house he lives in next door to me and I would get to keep my home.  He lied.  Three days before Christmas I was served with divorce papers that state that he wants me to vacate the property completely by March 31st and he has no intention of financially compensating me to do so.  He told a mutual friend that he wants me to be homeless and destitute on the street- while laughing about it.  If I lose my home though, I also lose my business.  I will be as my ex wants me to be- destitute.  I will lose everything I have worked so hard for- I will lose the life I have created for myself.  I honestly do not know what I will do if this happens.  I have no family, so I have no one to ask for financial assistance.  Thanks to the ex, I also now have bad credit from his choices, so I do not qualify for a bank loan.  I work hard.  I am generous with others.  I am kind and happy.  I would havenever done anything like this to him, and am at a loss as to why he is being so cruel.  I have no choice but to hire an attorney to help me try and save my home.  The money I am seeking is for the legal retainer and representation. I appreciate any assistance and am filled with gratitude for those that help in anyway.  I will "pay it forward" onceI land on my feet.  The community is a stronger place when we help each other in times of need.  Thank you!
