Please help our friend Kerstin/Kristina. She is suffering terminal cancer and is hospitalized at SIMA Hospital in San Jose, Costa Rica She is running out of money and can no longer afford to stay in the clinic. Please help to collect money for her so she can stay in the clinic and receive necessary support
