Campaign Story
Khan Kluay is a small boy whole lives on a small island in the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Tao.
He was born with a syndrome which is causing his legs to be bent, and he can't walk.
The family's main income was from dad taking tourists on tours with a boat, but due to corona their income has stopped, and they don't have any support from the government. The family couldn´t continue the treatment plans as they ran out of money.
The closest hospital that treats this conditions is in HatYai, which is very far from Koh Tao, their home island. Thanks to recent donations they had enough money to go to HatYai specialist. The diagnose was that a knee surgery is mandatory for his current condition. The changes to walk after the planned surgery is 80%.
This page was created to help them to get the funds to cover the fees to travel to HatYai, hospital fees and doctor fees total about 1,600€ = 60,000THB
They are hoping to get to the surgery in January 2021 in Siriraj hospital, HatYai.
The longer they wait, the less changes Khan Kluay has ever to walk, so your help would possibly make a life changing effect for this small boy.
No amount is too small! Even as little like 100THB = 3€ would be much appreciated to help this little boy to be able to walk and enjoy his life to the fullest <3
