Family needs help to perform health care for a disabled daughter. The doctor took time to deliver and the child's brain was damaged by a liquid that caused MENTAL RETARDATION and other sequelae. The family lives in a small northeastern Brazilian city and the parents are unemployed! If you can help do some good action for this family.
