World Alternative Media has been putting out hard hitting pieces of alternative journalism for 7 years now, since it was known as 'Winnipeg Alternative Media.'

We've grown a lot since the early local days. In fact we've grown internationally at a pace even we couldn't comprehend!

We've spoken with the biggest names in Canadian & American politics and have rustled the feathers of some of the most powerful people in the world.

We travel the world going to the scene of the story. We risk our lives going to third world countries that others are afraid to touch. We publish video reports, documentaries, interviews, confrontations, live news shows and streeters.

We host MAJOR events bringing in hundreds of people from all over the world.

Throughout the years we haven't asked for money and have turned down requests from CBC, government, etc. as we truly believe in doing things for the sake of passion and truth regardless of the cost. One needs to be able to sleep at night!
In many cases we've gone into vast amounts of debt trying to keep WAM running, especially as sites like YouTube completely destroy our reach FIRST via algo where we saw our viewership fall 90% since January, 2019 and then COMPLETELY DELETING OUR CHANNEL on October 15th, 2020.

We later found out that GoFundMe secretly banned us ONE DAY before YouTube banned us (without actually giving us any reason). In fact, GoFundMe made it appear on our end like our campaign was still up, but in reality, it only appeared that way to us while people trying to donate got an error message. Talk about irrational scheming!

I have moved to Africa and am living out of a backpack in order to be able to continue bringing you all information on a daily basis. I do this for all of you. Anything that can be given back is highly appreciated!

We're now at somewhat of a breaking point as our we have no choice to reach out to the viewers who keep us alive. We need your help more than ever. Without it, we will soon cease to be. We will likely be wiped from the internet alongside most independent medias and the flow of free information worldwide will be completely tainted by the pollution of indoctrination by the most prominent, nefarious figures within society.
