My daughter and her Family are in need of funds for legal fees. She is self employed operating a Registered Child Care Center out of her home. She is a wife to her United States Marine Corps Husband of 10 years, and mother to four wonderful children. As a child care provider one of her worst nightmares has come to happen this past week. Due to that, her family are in need of funds to be able to afford an attorney, in case it comes to this point. With the hiring of an attorney comes retention fees, and the remaining of the balance having to be paid in full before the next phase can take place. I am unable to give much more details about the reason an attorney is needed as this is an ongoing investigation. I can say that my daughter in her 28 years of life, has been dedicated herself to being the best wife and mother she can be. She has been a stay at home mother for nine years and all while still earning money to help with the family income and working on her college degree at the same time. With being a military wife she has been able to obtain multiple certifications and continue her education to eventally become a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM). We would feel more at ease with obtaining an attorney from this point forward to ensure the full opportunity of keeping her with her husband and children. She has never faced or been in a situation similar to this and would not want to be looking back and say 'If only I had representation, I would not be another statistic to the judical system"!
