Help keep a roof over my head

Hello, my name is Sandra.

For the last 4 weeks, I have been in a very difficult financial situation. I recently got laid off from a job I was working and unfortunately, my rent is due the first week of September.

As much as I am already on an active job search, I understand how the job/employment economy can be and the funds I have with me at the moment will only see me through my other expenses save for my 6 months' rent (September 2023 - February 2024).

I made this page for any person who can and wants to help me financially to maintain a roof over my head. I need the money mainly to pay for my rent but to also cover some service charges that I have to cater for where I stay.

For transparency, the financial assistance breakdown is as follows:

* 6 months' Rent - $2,700 (@$450 per month).

* Security Deposit - $250.

* Standby Electrical Generator - $50.
