Help Kaylee Live

I have a Cooker Spaniel named Kaylee she is 11 years old and she has been with me so many years, she is practically like a daughter to me. A few days ago Kaylee had a vet appointment and they detected that she has open pyometra discharge and it has to be surgically removed, her live depends on this surgery. Unfortunately if I don't go through with this she is expected to leave my side any time soon.. and she is all I have right now.. I am hoping anyone willing to help can understand the difficultly one goes though with veterinarian expenses. This is heart barking for one and even more when you only have yourself and your furry child.. I know soon they are expecting her up above, but It might be greedy of me but I need her to stick by my side a little bit longer cause I really need her at this moment in my life.
