Help Katja get a degree in Physiotherapy

Hello everyone! My name is Katja and I need some help.

I was so happy when I was accepted to study at the University od Physiotherapy in Ljubljana, but I need to pay 4,600€ (that is 3630 british pounds or 5816 U.S. dollars) tuition for just one year. I worked hard for my grades, I finished 2 years of pre-medicine studies and I really want to study physiotherapy.

I took a few years off to gather the money through work. But due to the high cost of the course I am estimating I will gather only about half of the money needed. Sadly I am not able to put all the money aside for studies, because I have to help support my family financially. My father works a part-time minimum wage job as a truck driver, and my mother was let go due to the recession.

I feel great passion for helping people, especially children. My friends and neighbours have twins, Ane in Enej, with cerebral palsy. They are so adorable, and so smart.

Their parents have to drive them out of the country to Croatia for special treatments called therasuit therapy. They even had to move there for a few years when things got worse. They can hardly afford it.

I want to finish school, get a degree, get my specialty and open apractice here in Slovenia.
