Help Joyce hear clearly!

Since I was young, I can't hear clearly because I have a ruptured eardrum. This means I have a hole in my eardrum. My doctor told me that I am not allowed to swim because it is dangerous if the water goes inside my ear because it will damage it more but when I take a shower, sometimes, the water goes inside my ear and it hurts. My doctor also said that if the hole in my ear won't heal there will be a bacteria and it will go to my other ear and I will not be able to hear anymore. Please help me. I'm begging you with all my heart. Thank you in advance. <3
