Campaign Story
My name is Johnoy, 29 years old small farmer living in the beautiful parish of St. Thomas, Jamaica. I am very passionate about farming and have always had the desire to become a large scale farmer, so I can properly take care of my family and help provide gainful employment to persons who are less fortunate. I have been farming since my teenage years and have fallen in love with it ever since. I've planted various crops such as: banana, cassava, corn, tomato, pumpkin, carrot, okra, lettuce, cucumber, pepper & water melon. I've also reared a few animals which includes: chickens, goats, rabbits & and pigs.
I have registered with the Rural Agricultural Development Authority (RADA) to gain my farmer's license and they have been very helpful by hosting farmer's seminars, providing plenty free crop seeds and a wealth of knowledge into the world of large scale farming. I am therefore seeking monetary assistance or other forms of donation to aid in acquiring: 3 acres of land, farming tools, water tanks, drip hoses and hardware materials to build a chicken coop.
I am super excited about this endeavor and will be extremely grateful for all your kind support!!
I can be contacted @ 876 491-3772.
