Help Johan postgraduate degree

I’m 23 years old and I´m from Venezuela. A few months ago I graduated as a mechanical engineer in my country. It were years of many sacrifice and effort. Already surpassed this stage I want to continue postgraduate studies abroad, for which I need money for tuition and living expenses. I wish to study in an internationally recognized university, for which I would need about $40,000 to cover all expenses, which I Know it’s too many money, which my family could never pay.

Among the options that I consider are Spain, France, Germany, Argentina and Brazil because there are excellent universities and the tuition is considerably lower than in other countries like USA or UK, but is still quite expensive for me.

The most feasible option between these countries is the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, because I could study and work to cover the remaining expenses. I think with $ 4,000 I can pay the flight ticket and cover partially the tuition and living expenses while I get a job and then cover the expenses for my own.
