Joel is a Disabled 12 year old boy who loves Riding around, but with his condition he only gets to watch the other kids in his neighborhood play and ride on their four wheelers and golf carts Etc.For Joel's 13th Birthday (Sept 3rd) he wished for a Golf Cart , but unfortunetly his family does not have the funds to purchase a Golf Cart by September 3rd.
