Campaign Story
I was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma in June 2016. Leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is a type of soft tissue sarcoma. Soft tissue sarcomas can develop in muscle, fat, blood vessels, or any of the other tissues that support, surround and protect the organs of the body. Leiomyosarcoma is one of the more common types of soft tissue sarcoma to develop in adults.
I seek help at St. Luke's Medical Center BGC, at the Coronary Care Unit. I was admitted on May 4, 2017 for congestive heart failure. I was moved to CCU on May 5, 2017 because my blood pressure kept dropping. My blood pressure remains unstable thus I continues to stay and be treated at the hospital's CCU.
We ask for help to defray the medical costs as we do not know when I can move out of CCU. On top of this, I need additional tests too after her treatment to confirm that I am cancer free. I completed my chemo last March 17, and I was set to have CT scan and MRI done to confirm results of chemo treatment until diagnosed of congestive heart failure last May 2.
Please help by making a donation of any amount to help us defray cost of my care and for my continued care.
Thank you in advance!
