The most difficult situation in life is to find yourself lost and jobless after getting your degree and taking your first steps in the real world, you may or may not know that feeling, but let me assure you that it's one of the hardest period of life when you feel like you cannot find a job and you are desperate not knowing what to do nor where to look up for help...
I am a software developer with 2 degrees in computer science myself, and I live in a small agricultural town in the north-east of Morocco where most people are living a decent life. When I look around I found that our city luck opportunities for young graduated students! most of us are hopeless to find a job because there is no startups or companies here, and if you travel to other cities where there are companies you find that these cities are already full of people and job positions are already filled.
Sometimes when I met friends or young students, they told me about their worries and sadness, they have no hope, and most of them are feeling some kind of darkness, it's like life is almost ended for them at a very young age, and that why I decided to take a step further and find a way not only to help myself, but to create something meaningful to help other graduated students like me who are struggling to find a job and hoping for a better situation.
My idea is to create a little startup in web development and start small, renting a small apartment for work, and recruiting 3 to 4 people for a full year to work on some ideas I already have and also to provide services for remote individuals or companies who need helps creating their web presence. I also accounted for 3 or 4 computers + tables and chairs + the Internet connexion, we don't really need fancy stuff, the goal is just to have some decent workspace where to start working and the willing to do something useful for the community. I have a strong belief that if we can just start small, one day in the near future we can grow and provide more job positions and make the good for the benefit of a large number of jobless young people.
My hope is not only to find some volunteers who want to help us, but also who believe on us and on the idea, we don't just need money, we need your belief, and your prayers as well. And to anyone who make any donation I want to thank you from all my heart, and to assure you that I will do all my best to make this happen even if I will be obligated to work days and nights. Thank you :)
