Campaign Story
HELP TO DEFRAY JEWEL'S MEDICAL BILL
On 16th January 2020, Jewel was hospitalised due to multiple illnesses like weakness of legs and lack of appetite. After running a ton of tests, it was confirmed with a heavy heart that she has stage 4 kidney disease.

Our family lives on a tight budget of around $2700 per month, after CPF deductions. As of writing of this campaign (19 Jan), her bill is estimated to be about $1400. As Jewel's condition is serious, we (not even the doctors) know when she can be discharged. It could be days, or even months from now.
With her continuing to be in the ward, the medical bill is expected to keep rising everyday due to the costs for her hospitalisation and IV drip plus maybe other miscellaneous testing. Currently, as of now (19 Jan), her kidney's condition is not expecting to reverse back to the original state, meaning that her kidneys degradation is irreversible.

(After hospitalisation)
With your donation, you can help to relieve her medical bills, and be assured that she will feel more comfortable in the coming days. 100% of the donations received will be used to pay her medical bills, transport and other miscellaneous charges incurred. For clarification purposes, the PayPal account is under my husband's name, Ivan Oh. PayNow/PayLah to me (Vivian) at: 9366 4072.

Update 2
Update posted by Vivian Cheng at 11:12 amUPDATE 2: Her pancreatitis has caused her to have anaemia (low blood count), which meant that she required a blood transfusion (already done). This has caused the bill to be a little more expensive. Additionally, her swollen leg (which she got before her admission) had to be burst, resulting in
