Hello Everyone,

I am making this fundraiser as I do not know where else to start. Back in 2009, I started having problems with a club foot that I was born with. It completely collapsed on me and broke in a bunch of places in 2011. It was a complete mess. I had 6 surgeries on my foot in a year and a half. None of my surgeries would heal, and I ended up having my right leg amputated below the knee on July 12th, 2013. I was on crutches and unable to walk for 4 years straight. On October 31st, 2013, I was awarded full custody of my son, as he was being physically abused by his biological mother and her husband. Took until December 13th, before I had my son home with me. I love my son, he is my everything, and another reason why I am creating this fundraiser. I am a single father, on social security due to constant pain in my leg, and inability to walk much. I lost my license back in 2008 due to an unpaid ticket, which I was not aware they had suspended my license as it was just an insurance ticket. I never received anything in the mail. Then I got a driving on suspended license charge because I had not known that my license was suspended. With Driver responsibility fees, I have to pay almost 5,000 dollars to get my license back. I have made some mistakes, but I am trying to make my life better for my son and myself. I would use the money to get my license back and a car. The money that I get from social security pays my rent and my bills and it's gone the same day that I receive it. I don't know where else to turn, I just want to rebuild my life. Will you help me?
