Help Jen with Her Hospital Bills

I've been having back pains and needle like pains in my back for the past few months and i havent visited a doctor yet. i had a recurring urinary track infection before but i failed to get it treated last time the because i had no money for the test and the doctor's fee. Its been almost a year now since ive had it checked and the pain is getting worse. Im only 21 years old i have so many things that i would like to do.. all of your donations will go to my medical bills and check-ups. I can send you the receipts and lab tests after.
