Our friend Donnabel (Jaysan) needs our help!

Early last year, Jaysan appeared weak and always not feeling well. She’s been in and out of the hospital for several times until diagnosed to have Chronic Kidney Disease. She’s been on dialysis eversince. She is working very hard to pay for her treatment but as we all know that dialysis need a big amount of money to continue its course. She is, as of this moment, in the hospital for blood transfusion as her haemoglobin level has gone down to 4. And on top of that, she will be needing her routine dialysis as well.
