Hello! <3

I'm here to humbly ask help for my chemotherapy

As you know, last January 9, 2019, I was diagnosed with Stage 3b cancer of the breast. Few days after, January 15, My doctor urgently scheduled me for a mastectomy.

Last Thursday, March 14, it was my schedule for follow up check up in Philippine General Hospital then I can start my chemo supposedly the day after but it was cancelled because the doctors saw a mild heart problem on my 2D echo. I need to get clearance from the cardiologist first. My treatment plan is not yet even finalized because I still have one more test to go through. That test is to find out if my cancer type is Her2 (+) or Her2 (-). If it turns out to be positive (a more aggressive type), Herceptin is the medication, Php95,000 each vial, and I'll be needing 18 vials, and it needs to be included in my 5th chemo session. My eyes popped out when I heard it from my doctor. But I will set that aside because I need to finish the test first which will cost me Php7,000.00. That's already the cheapest price since it will be done here in PGH (which is a public hospital). Doctora also told me that we now need to do 8 rounds of chemo, every 3 weeks! :o

I already resigned from my work. My leaves can no longer cover for me. Hence, I no longer have a source of income to provide for my meds and my kids' needs.

For this, I am asking for your help, prayers for fast healing & recovery & to give me & my family strength. I am also asking for financial assistance for us to be able to pay for my treatment and sustain me and my kids' daily needs. That's really what we need right now. Going back and forth to the hospital is no joke. I wake up at 2AM, fall in line by 4AM, it will take time for them to look for my charts so I end up talking to the doctor by 11AM, they will lead you to the other building of the hospital, up and down the staircase, I come home crying and exhausted because I got caught up with heavy traffic due to the rush hour (PGH is more or less 25km away from my house). :(

This coming Tuesday, I will go back to the hospital to schedule the start of my chemotherapy.

Thank you so much to my families & friends who extended their help. You already know who you are. Really, thank you so much! Everything becomes possible because of you. Thanks to my family who are very supportive and takes care of me. Thank you, Lord for giving me someone like them.

I still have A LOT to go through. After chemo, I also need radiation therapy, then Hormonal Therapy. I haven't started anything yet.

Any help is highly appreciated. May the Almighty God bless you MORE! Thanking you, in advance
