Help James Return Home

Hi,

My name is James.I’d like to tell you a story of a man that moved mountains (well at least countries anyway) in his insane quest for love and family. He met a woman, fell in love, married, and moved countries to be with her.The man thought he found a home and a true sense of family. They got jobs, went on holidays, and eventually built a house together.I’d like to tell you they both lived happily ever after and that was the end of the story. Sadly, those that are aware know it is not.Lives don’t play out like Hollywood movies.

After a few years, it was apparent despite all the sacrifices and potential and hopes, the relationship was not going to last. Some awful things occurred and a divorce followed. The beautiful new home was lost in the process due to said divorce. The home was sold for pennies on the dollar, and any money gained from the home was used to pay off remaining debts as the home was newly built. Simply put, the man had nothing to rebuild with.

The man was crushed, beaten, and broken. This particular man also has a horrible boss that harasses and bullies him every day he goes to work. Sadly the man hasn’t been able to get out of that situation despite numerous attempts. He was forced out of his home, lost his marriage, has a nightmare boss/job, not to mention the never ending grief he has had to endure.

He’s alone in a foreign country now, with no family, few friends, and no money or real long term prospects. Surrounded by what was, and could have been, what should have been and what will never be. This man followed a heart that betrayed him. Time has passed, and now the man realizes that the only thing left for him is to return home. In one last attempt to put the memories, grief, and sadness behind him. In one final attempt to try to rebuild a lost life.

It reads like a Greek tragedy, but it is all completely 100% true.I’m the man from the above story. You can’t go through something like this and not have it change you on a fundamental level. The world can be a tough place. Reality is we all have bad things happen, but I want the opportunity to try to put this behind me now. The only way to do that is to return home and begin anew.

So please assist me in my quest to do that. If you have ever grieved, loved, and lost, or had your entire life turned upside down almost overnight for no apparent reason than please assist me in returning home.

• Shipping back necessary items that cannot be replaced such as quilts my grandmother (who is now deceased) made for me
• Flights, accommodation and travel expenses
• Costs associated with breaking my rental lease early
• Money to help keep me afloat while starting life all over again

Regardless of what money is raised or not, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read this. All proceeds no matter how large or small will help get me one step closer to home. You may be curious as to the dog photo, who doesn't love a dog? She represents a sense of family that I'm trying to move back to (even though she is no longer with us). Thanks again.
