Help Jaime fight Vertebrobasilar insufficiency

My father has been in and out of the hospital since 2016 due to kidney stones that pass thru his urethra in order for these stones to be dissolved, he underwent a shock wave treatment. Last January 2019, we were shocked when the doctors gave an initial diagnosis that Papa had actually experienced a mild stroke, but later changed the diagnosis to Bell’s Palsy as the final diagnosis. He recovered after several therapy sessions and treatment, then went back to his daily routine. However, on September 11, 2019, he was admitted again in Makati Medical Center due to severe headache, vomiting and dizziness. He went through a battery of tests such as MRI, ct scan, blood test and ECG. The initial diagnosis was Papa had another stroke but all his tests were clear of any blood clots. He was then diagnosed by his doctors with vertebrobasilar insufficiency. VBI occurs when the flow of blood to the back of your brain is reduced or stops. Papa’s health card was completely depleted due to all that he ensued since January of this year. We had to shoulder his medical expenses for his recent hospitalization. His final bill in the hospital was ₱107,000 including all applicable discounts. We were able to leave the hospital despite not paying the full amount because of the promissory note and post-dated check we gave which needs to be settled this Oct 16, 2019. We decided to seek help because we are financially depleted with many other expenses, including my Mama's own health issues as well. Papa still have other medical expenses such as physical therapy and medications.
